Whistleblowing

What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is the process of reporting corruption, fraud, undisclosed conflicts of interest, ethical violations, or breaches of applicable laws, regulations, and policies, when such practices are committed by SANADAK employees, contractors, or representatives.

Why You Should Speak Up

Whistleblowing plays a vital role in promoting integrity, transparency, and effective performance, while protecting SANADAK’s reputation. In recognition of this role, SANADAK provides all stakeholders — including consumers, employees, industry partners, and service providers — with a secure and confidential channel to report suspected misconduct by its employees or representatives, within a safe environment free from any form of retaliation.
